Completed

415 Eagle Trail 
This house is coming along beautifully, and the property that it's located on does nothing but add to the anticipation of it's completion.  This home is sure to be one of or best yet, if for no other reason then it's location; views to die for, a quiet and welcoming neighborhood, and all nestled high in the Rockies.

256 Cannon Court
This house is going to be a jewel.  Located on 8 acres, this home will be a unique find up here in the mountains being that it is almost level and a beautiful combination of meadow and trees. It's a perfect find for someone who's looking for horse property.  This home will be a great personal retreat and get away for any family.

Our new completion, the 48 N. Random Rd. house, is one of our most beautiful yet!  This house was sold right after it's completion, and after you take a look at it's unique features you will know why.

Harris Park - Wise Rd.
Currently, the pictures we have of this house are of when it is in the middle stages of construction.  It is located on Wise Rd. (a dead-end street, very quiet) in the subdivision of Harris Park here in Bailey.

South Park - Quarterhorse Rd.
This home was completed in February 2004.  Located in a secluded area of Jefferson, Colorado, this home has some very unique beauty.

Bear's Den
This home is a beautiful log build.  With it's rustic feel, quiet neiborhood, and prime central location to all of Colorado's great attractions, it was the perfect mountain getaway.

Silver Springs 
This home was one of our earlier projects, and a beautiful one at that. Take a look and see if any of it's qualities catch your eye.
